Angry Amazon Prime Rant: The Fudging Edition

Always read the fine print when dealing with the devil...

I don’t have much to say in the form of text; I will leave most of the rant for the actual audio. Tonight (11/30/2009) I was privileged enough to deal with Amazon (dot com)’s customer service for about a half hour. The reason for this was due to the fact that they charged me for Amazon Prime while my trial period was still active and set not to automatically upgrade.

It was a very annoying process and I almost had a heart attack (true story). I think it would be best for me to stop talking right now and just leave you with my little rant. It’s not pretty and it probably won’t be enjoyable for anyone, but I just felt like I had to post it.
