This week's show is our one-year anniversary and our return after a short break due to scheduling issues and because what the fudge, eh? We got through quite a bit in a relatively short time and the show came out rather well. At the time of recording I had not played Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, but having just played it minutes ago, delaying the posting of this podcast, let's just say I'm the newest sucker of Skylanders. You're right, this is a very, very bad thing.
In this episode we have no voicemails—the first time in a while—and seem to stay on topic more often than not. (I'm just as surprised as you.) We start off with our thoughts on the Vita and follow that up with a whole lot of games and games and more games. Then we talk about more games and finally dabble in a single movie, a few TV shows, one book made not of paper, and the all-important news—including the Double Fine's KickStarter business and Xbox 3DSiixty 2 rumors. The games and whatnot we discuss, you ask? Check 'em out below.
Games:
- Twisted Metal
- Mass Effect 3
- Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
- The Darkness II
- Resident Evil Revelations
- Pinball FX2 - "Epic Quest" Table
- Final Fantasy XIII-2
- Syndicate
- Gotham City Impostors
- NeverDead
- Quarrel
- Block Zombies!
- James Bond 007: Blood Stone
- CSI: Fatal Conspiracy
- Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires
- X-Men Destiny
Everything else:
- Chronicle [Movie]
- Chuck series finale [TV]
- Wizard's First Rule [book]
- Bunch of quick news crap.
- Double Fine Adventure [KickStarter]
We hope you enjoy your time and hope you stick around for more from Pixelated Radio.
