A pixelated prelude to a mighty giveaway

Hello my loyal loyalists. Pixelated Sausage will be running a little giveaway soon in celebration of the recent updates and additions. This is primarily to help promote the site and get people to sign up for the newly implemented account system. So, why am I telling you this now? Because I want to give a better chance of "a winner is you" to my original fans/supporters (that's you).

This giveaway will be going full-on, promoted public soon -- I will probably start it up on the 14th because we all surely love the upcoming holiday -- but I will be taking all members who signed up before this happens into a special pool. Podcast: DF #68: Marvel vs Cricket

Another week and another episode of Distributed Failure is here for your listening displeasure. Once again we have another long show, though you can expect a much shorter episode next week (BigSt3ph3n will be on vacation). More off-topic ramblings and many moments of shame, but let's get right into the meat of the show with "What We've Been Playing".

This week's "What We've Been Playing" features discussion of 'Splosion Man, Marvel vs Capcom 2, The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, Ninja Blade, Overlord II, Fuel, and much more. We follow that up with some gaming news including the Splinter Cell: Conviction delay, the announcement of a sequel to The Darkness, Warren Spector's Disney game, and plenty more.

Distributed Failure is back for yet another show, this time will a full crew! Rob is back after dealing with his little bout with herpes (all is well now) and the show gets particularly crazy near the end. Side Note: Rob didn't really have herpes, but he may have had a slurpee.

This week's "What We've Been Playing" features such games as Lost Odyssey, Patapon 2, Bionic Commando, Pure, Soul Calibur IV, and the conclusion of all Dawn of War II talk. We follow that up with a little gaming news including the official announcement of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for XBLA/PSN, the "cancellation" of Six Days in Fallujah, and a few more tidbits. We end the show with a little movie talk and an odd discussion devoted to nasty sexual fetishes...good times, good times.
