PSP #300: Pokemon Go (Again) / Kokoro Connect / Silver Spoon / Taboo Tattoo / Scared Rider Xechs / First Love Monster / Far Cry Primal / TurnOn / MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore

Marc starts off this week's show with yet another lengthy discussion about Pokemon Go (and a second lengthy discussion later in the show) while also giving props to Charles "Peanut" Tillman for his great (and now over) NFL career. After that, scatterbrained and slightly out of it, Marc talks about way too much anime (yet again), covering another hefty smattering of new summer series (again...are you seeing a pattern?)--including Alderamin on the Sky, Taboo Tattoo, Scared Riders Xechs, and First Love Monster--along with reviews of two old(er) anime, Kokoro Connect and Silver Spoon. After that, Marc ends with a smidgen of gaming chitchat, talking about Far Cry Primal, TurnOn, and MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. And don't forget, you can also support the site by shopping at Amazon if that's your jam--you can probably buy jam on Amazon too.

PSP #299: Pokemon Go / 91 Days / Days / Mob Psycho 100 / New Game! / Sweetness and Lightning / Shirobako / The Banner Saga / Masquerade: The Baubles of Doom

Marc starts off this week's show with a lengthy discussion about Pokemon Go and why they don't love it like (seemingly) everyone else. After that, Marc talks about way too much anime, covering a hefty smattering of new summer series--including 91 Days, Sweetness and Lightning, Mob Psycho 100, and Days--along with a review of the anime about making anime, Shirobako. After that, like always, Marc ends with a smidgen of game chatter, talking about Masquerade: The Baubles of Doom, The Banner Saga, and Buck, which is currently on Kickstarter.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. PSP #298: ReLIFE / Food Wars! / Orange / The Magic Circle: Gold Edition / Furi / Rocketbirds 2: Evolution

Marc starts off the show talking about how much he enjoyed seeing a few good friends (who truly are a few good men) for the first time in a while and what it's like playing New Super Mario Bros. U with their father. After that, Marc hits some anime, including a few new series--like ReLIFE, Orange, and the return of Food Wars!--and talks about what they think of anime short series. And then, like always, Marc ends with a handful of games, touching on Rocketbirds 2: Evolution and Furi, and ends with a review of The Magic Circle: Gold Edition.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. PSP #297: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows / Freezing / Sankarea / Rage of Bahamut: Genesis / Party Hard / The Magic Circle: Gold Edition / Pac-Man 256

Marc starts off the show talking about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, which they finally saw and, spoilers, ended up liking almost none of it--insert many sad faces here. After that, Marc not-so-energetically goes through a handful of anime, what they're excited for from the upcoming summer season, and showers the manga of Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou (The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel) with lots of love before ending with a few games, including a review of the good (but not great) Party Hard.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. PSP #296: Steins;Gate / Samurai Champloo / Cat Planet Cuties / Top 5 Arcade Cabinets

Marc starts off the show with some real talk and how the tragedy in Orlando is still affecting them to this very day, also reminding everyone that all sales over at INPRNT during the month of June will be donated to the OneOrlando Fund. After that, Marc talks about anime like they always do, loving the second half of Steins;Gate and not loving any of Samurai Champloo or Cat Planet Cuties, the latter being full of lots of cheap and lazy fan service. And then Marc ends with their top five favorite arcade cabinets (and a few honorable mentions too).

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. PSP #295: E3 / Predestination / Steins;Gate / Okami-San and Her Seven Companions / Princess Jellyfish / Far Cry 4

Marc starts off the show talking about the horrible tragedy in Orlando and how they're doing what they can to help--all sales over at INPRNT during the month of June will be donated to the OneOrlando Fund--and then transitions as best they can to talking about the very interesting and well done time-travel movie, Predestination. After that, Marc talks about anime and video games like always, including the very, very popular Steins;Gate, news, reactions, and whatnot from E3, and the oh-so-current Far Cry 4.

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcast(s), and all the ridiculous jazz we make over here at Pixelated Sausage. PSP #294: E3 Wishes & Predictions / Black Lagoon / Soul Eater / School Rumble / The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Marc starts off the show talking about how they're excited to see Me Before You and their rocky relationship with a little store called IKEA. After that, they talk about a smidgen of anime, including reviews of the first season of the "dark and edgy" Black Lagoon and the not-so-soulful Soul Eater. And then, like always, Marc ends with games, talking about E3 and what it's like returning to The Witcher 3 after being away for over a year.

Anyway, that's it and that's all, folks, and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patron, donate a little something-something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, podcasts, and all the ridiculous jazz we make; it's not free to host the site, the podcasts, to make and record videos, and everything in between, so anything would be greatly appreciated, even if you just tell a friend or two about the site and blah, blah, blah, we would be forever thankful for anything at all. And don't forget, you can also support the site by shopping at Amazon if that's your jam--you can probably by jam on Amazon, too.

PSP #293: Outcast / Preacher / Soul Eater / Ouran High School Host Club / Uncharted 4: A Thief's End / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan / Assassin's Creed Syndicate

A very tired Marc starts off the show talking about the Cincinnati gorilla "incident" and why they think the gorilla shouldn't have been killed (and that they'd totally save a tiger over a human child if both were drowning). After that they talk about two upcoming TV shows based on comics: Outcast and Preacher, which are both great and, tonally, very different. And then, like always, Marc ends with some anime and video game chatter, talking about Soul Eater, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan, and more.

PSP #292: Sing Street / Psycho-Pass / Yamada's First Time / Ouran High School Host Club / Doom / Homefront: The Revolution / Need for Speed

Marc starts off the show talking about the absolutely lovely and delightful little indie film, Sing Street, imploring every listener (that means you) to see it if you can. After that, Marc talks about a few current season anime and a handful of older (and disappointing) anime, like Yamada's First Time: B Gata H Kei and Pyscho-Pass. And then, like always, Marc ends with a smidgen of game chatter, talking a wee bit more about Doom, giving their first impressions for Homefront: The Revolution, and explaining why the last Need for Speed game isn't as good as it should be (and why you should just play Forza Horizon 2 instead...if you have an Xbox One).
