This One Time, At Mind Camp, I Psychonaut Finished The Game | Attack the Backlog

Updated on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc rides pains, brains, and automofeels--even I think this is terrible--in Psychonauts...1, naut 2, a game where you enter the minds of NPCs and see what happens when you pee ‘nside...or something like that--doubling down on the terribleness, eh. Psychonauts originally came out on April 19th, 2005 for PC and Xbox, and came out a few months later on PS2. Anyway, something-something, the end of an era, I'm looking into a mirror, cheers and enjoy the...wait for it...show!

Anyway, that's it and that's all folks. You can get an even more in-depth discussion by listening to the podcast and, if you're feeling extra generous, you can become a patrondonate a little something, or subscribe to show your support for the site, the podcasts, the streaming, the videos, the art, and everything in between. Ooops! 2, Omen of Sorrow, Golf Club Wasteland, Nexomon, I Am Fish, and More | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

Marc is ever-so-slightly out of their mind this episode as they talk about future projects they'd like to work on before eventually getting to what they've been playing, including yet another Overcooked-esque game, a game where YOU are fish, and a Pokemon clone that even kind of clones the name. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this here episode and hope you have a wonderful rest of your week. Cheers!

SkateBIRD, Shakes on a Plane, Tormented Souls, and Catlateral Damage: Remeowstered | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

Marc breaks hearts this week speaking the hard truth about SkateBIRD--spoilers: it's not good. In addition to crapping on SkateBIRD like birds crapping on StreetCURBS, Marc talks about a Resident Evil wannabe that gets one thing right, but everything else wrong, and a game where you make shakes on a plane that's surprisingly plain. Anyway, that is it, that is all. Do you know what season it is? Still summer, though I wish it was fall.

Jumanji: The Movie: The Video Game: The Review: For You: By Me: That's It: Hehe | Attack the Backlog

Updated on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc shoots their way through the forests, villages, caves, and ruins of Jumanji: The Video Game, the video game all about Jumanji: The Movie. Not the original movie starring Robin Williams, but the new (good) ones, starring The Rock, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, that one Jonas brother, the guy who’s too old for this shit, and the fanficced voice of Detective Pikachu. Jumanji: The Video Game originally came out on November 8th, 2019 for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something, not that bad--does that make you mad?--cheers and enjoy the...wait for it...show!

Ravva and the Cyclops Curse, WeakWood Throne, Rustler, Madness Beverage, and Merek's Market | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

Marc feels nothing on this episode as most of the games discussed just don't click with them, from a game about shooting demons that was doomed to fail from the start, to a game that wants so badly to be classic Grand Theft Auto that you can't help but (unfavorably) compare the two. Anyway, that is it, that is all, if you hear the phone ringing, don't answer the call, just keeping doing what you do, enjoy the show for sho my bro who's feeling anything but low and is surely thinking only one thing right now: "Please, Marc, won't you just shut up and go?"

Kitaria Fables, Murder Mystery Machine, and Space Station Sprint | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

This episode is short, but sweet, and lacks any game that'll make you want to get on your feet, disappointing all of you Gloria Estefan fans out there. From a murder mystery, to an animal-filled adventure, and even a game that feels like Groundhog Day, not one of them stands out as something you need to play. That said, if you want to know why you shouldn't bother with any of these games, be sure to give the podcast a listen. Anyway, as always, thanks for listening and I hope you have a wonderful, wonderful rest of your day.

From Love to Hate, Behold My Journey With Cat Quest II, Mate | Attack the Backlog

Updated on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc hacks and slashes their way through the forests and deserts of Cat Quest II, the sequel to Cat Quest, which adds a playable dog companion and doubles down on the cat puns with dog puns to go along with ‘em. It’s still as cute as it ever was and brings the series to Xbox for the first time. Cat Quest II originally came out on September 19th, 2019 for PC, PS4, Switch, iOS, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something, far from purfect or fur from perfect, cheers and enjoy the...wait for it...show!

Dungeon Explorer, The Vale: Shadow of the Crown, Faraday Protocol, Super Hiking League DX, and Pile Up! Box by Box | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

This episode isn't quite as jam-packed as the last two, but there is still plenty to get excited about, like Marc going off on why the sharpening setting on TVs is garbage and a game played exclusively through audio cues. Anyway, as always, thanks for listening and I hope you have a wonderful, wonderful rest of your day.

Gelly Break Deluxe, Action Arcade Wrestling, Fort Triumph, Deadly Days, Crimson Spires, and More | The Pixelated Sausage Podcast

This episode has it all, from romancing vampires and serial killers (but no romancing vampire serial killers) to wrestling with Boo from Super Mario Bros. and Shredder from TMNT! Do you like card battling and Diablo-like games? Want a combination of the two? Well then... Do you like fantasy-themed tactics games of the non-final kind? If you said yes, then I've got you covered. There are games of all sorts and even a few ports! Anyway, as always, thanks for listening and I hope you have a wonderful, wonderful rest of your day.

Call of Duty: Warzone Is Good, but Apex Legends Is Still King of the Canyon | Attack the Backlog

Updated on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 12:00PM by Registered CommenterMarc Kusnierz

On this episode of Attack the Backlog, Marc jumps, falls, and shoots their way through the streets of Call of Duty: Warzone, Activision's free-to-play, second (and successful) attempt at making a battle royale game set in the Call of Duty universe. Call of Duty: Warzone originally came out on March 10th, 2020 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Anyway, something-something, I feel a bit icky, but I finished this episode months ago and thus it be sticking, cheers and enjoy the...wait for it...show!
